We are passionate about building and real estate. Our founder and President, Todd Pettit, began pursuing his passion for architecture and building in 2000, starting his career as a real estate broker in Sun Valley, Idaho. His love for building inspired him to start Pettit Family Development in 2005, and since then, we have been building custom and spec homes with great success.

As a native of Maple Valley, we have a deep understanding of the King County real estate market, with a particular focus on building infill lots throughout the area and in Suncadia. We are experts in every aspect of the building process, from land acquisition and feasibility studies to entitlements (permit process), budgets, and design and construction.
